Three separate sites downtown are visually connected by paving, planting, and lighting. The areas are designed for outdoor public events. The areas have become a gathering spot for outdoor music events. The renovation has helped to lead to a conscious effort of downtown revitalization. A fourth element, a gazebo, is planned for next year.

The new landscape design has overcome an overgrown, formal garden design to one more natural and interactive that encourages vibrant mixed use for all ages.
