A 65 acre mixed use development consisting of single family lots, clustered cottages around common open space and clustered townhomes. We designed the project to retain connected open space that is planned for trails, streams, views and storm water reclamation. The development of the site incorporates low impact design methods to sustainably manage storm water and erosion control, reduce the need for conventional pipes and drainage structures and incorporate a native plant palette. The entrance features ponds, a stone arch bridge, artisan created steel gates, extensive landscaping and stream restoration.
