The project began as a design competition to select a landscape designer for the entrance to a private community. Clark & Co successfully designed and installed the pavers, plantings, lighting and irrigation while overcoming obstacles on site with obvious conflicts between residential and industrial uses. The entrance plantings have flourished and have successfully created an entrance design and planting theme that carries throughout the entire 1,200 acre project. The original entrance has evolved to include additional planting, signage, gatehouse and project theming for two other phases.
